Standard Delivery Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked: £4.50 first pair then £2 each additional pair ordered at the same time.
Royal Mail Next Day Tracked: £9.50 first pair then £2 each additional pair ordered at the same time.
Non UK: Please enquire for a quote. Due to new EU legislation we have suspended all deliveries to Europe due to concerns over paperwork and tariffs.

‘NO QUIBBLE REFUND’

Our policy is to refund shoes or boots purchased by mail that are returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURN POSTAGE ON REFUNDS

You can use the returns label provided. Once we've received your return we will refund your price paid for the shoes minus £3.50 for 1 pair, £6 for up to 4 pairs and an additional £3 per pair for each pair exceeding 4 pairs per parcel to cover the return postage and processing. If you prefer you can pay for your return postage and not use the label provided. When returning please ask for proof of postage and keep it safe in the event that we do not receive your parcel.

The returns label is provided for returns made within the UK only.

Fitting Advice

Our sizes quoted are always American, as with selling American shoes it is more accurate to keep them as so, than trying to convert to our UK sizes. Also, American sizes are 2 sizes longer than UK sizes but UK brands vary widely and feet change over time.

Width Fittings – what do they mean?

AA = Very narrow (called ‘N’ for narrow in the USA)
B = For slightly narrower than average feet – called ‘M’ for Medium in the USA, where it’s actually the standard width on sale in shops!
