The British Economy is in a period of uncertainty following the result of the referendum on Britain’s membership of the EU. We have reviewed prices before publishing our new Spring Summer catalogue and as usual remain committed to enhancing the great range of brands that we supply you, together with continual development of our service proposition. However the volatility in currency is extreme at the time of publishing. Should the pound not rebound or continue to decline in value after the brochure has been sent to you, we may need to carry out price increases later in the season, particularly as existing stocks are replaced. We will do our best to provide as much notice and mitigate any increases as far as is possible.

EXCHANGES RETURNED FOR FREE!
If you’d like to exchange your order for an alternative, both the return postage and delivery postage are FREE for your first exchange. Just use the label provided*. Further exchanges will incur returns and delivery charges.
‘NO QUIBBLE REFUND’
Our policy is to refund shoes or boots purchased by mail that are returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURN POSTAGE ON REFUNDS
If you don’t want to exchange your shoes or boots and would prefer a refund, use the returns label provided. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll refund your money minus £3.00 per a pair to cover the return postage and processing. When returning shoes or boots, please ask for proof of postage and keep if safe in the event that we do not receive your parcel for any reason.
