We will do our best to provide as much notice and mitigate any price increases from those published as far as is possible. Investment in high stock availability, delivery times and product quality remains core to our strategy so you, our customer, can receive the best service and range.
RETURNS POLICY EXCHANGES RETURNED FOR FREE!
If you’d like to exchange your order for an alternative, both the return postage and delivery postage are FREE* for your first exchange. Just use the label provided. The returns label is provided for returns made within the UK only. Further exchanges will incur returns and delivery charges.
*FREE EXCHANGE IS AVAILABLE ON FULL PRICE FOOTWEAR ONLY AND DOES NOT APPLY TO SALE GOODS.
‘NO QUIBBLE REFUND’
Our policy is to refund shoes or boots purchased by mail that are returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURN POSTAGE ON REFUNDS
If you don’t want to exchange your shoes or boots and would prefer a refund, use the returns label provided. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll refund your price paid for the shoes minus £3.00 to cover the return postage and processing. When returning shoes or boots, please ask for proof of postage and keep if safe in the event that we do not receive your parcel for any reason.
