RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• If you’d like to exchange your order for an alternative, both the return postage and delivery postage are FREE for your first exchange. Just use the label provided. Our policy is to refund shoes or boots purchased by mail that are returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
